If you haven't visited Burford Garden Centre, it is a great place to peruse for gifts and garden purchases alike (please be aware it is not unfortunately dog friendly).

 

Main Café has become a bit of a fixture in the accolades at the annual Oxfordshire Restaurant Awards - Set in a light-filled glasshouse, the vibrant, welcoming space is very much at the heart of the Burford experience.

Offering delicious, rustic food with a modern twist, cooked well and with a simplicity that brings out all the natural flavours in seasonal ingredients using only hand-selected, local produce, meats and dairy products, the team of chefs and bakers prepare and cook everything from scratch every day, seven days a week, in the in-house kitchens.

The atmosphere in the café is relaxed, friendly and informal. There is free Wi-Fi. They do not take bookings, so you can come and go as you please – even if you only have time for a quick coffee.
